The Basics:
I am currently a lecturer in the Physics and Astronomy Department of UCLA.
Here are my (slightly outdated) résumé [pdf] and curriculum vitae [pdf].
Graduate Study:
While a graduate student at UCLA, I studied theoretical physics, in particular superfluidity, general relativity, and quantum field theory. I also worked as a teaching assistant throughout graduate school. See my teaching, research, and projects pages for more information.
Previous Research:
Spectroscopy of Antihydrogen in a Laser Field via the Time-Dependent Schrödinger Equation [pdf] - This was my undergraduate senior thesis, which I wrote while with Dr. Chi Hu's research group at California State University, Long Beach.
Simulating Quench Signals in the LHC Superconducting Dipole Magnets [pdf] - This was my report for the 2004 CERN Summer Student Program. I also gave a presentation of my project in the Student sessions (2/6) of the Summer Student Lecture Programme 2004. Here are the files:
- Lecture video on the CERN Document Server website
- Lecture slides [ppt]
Conductivities in Bilayer Quantum Hall Systems [pdf] - This was my report for the 2003 Los Alamos Summer School (LASS) in Physics.
